Intro
The Naval Operational Business Logistics Enterprise (NOBLE) program delivers analytics and decision support systems to Navy operational and logistics commands. Sponsored by PMW 150 and PEO MLB, NOBLE includes the Agile Warfighting Analytics Readiness Environment (AWARE)—available in both unclassified and classified configurations—and integrates Navy Tactical Command Support Systems into a unified family of systems.
Challenge
NIWC Pacific required sustained software development, data engineering, cybersecurity, and cloud platform engineering expertise to operate, sustain, and expand NOBLE capabilities. The program needed coordinated technical support across software design and development, data management, systems administration, and secure IT infrastructure to deliver AWARE in both unclassified and classified environments while integrating additional Navy tactical systems into the NOBLE architecture.
Solution
NIWC Pacific awarded Accelint a one-year task order under the Command-and-Control Technology and Experimentation (C2&E) IDIQ to provide Software, Data, IT, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Platform Engineering support for NOBLE. Accelint's scope includes:
- Operations and Sustainment Support: Engineering management, software maintenance, data management, systems administration, and cybersecurity for the NOBLE family of systems
- Software Design and Development Support: Software design, development, data engineering, data analysis, human factors design, and integrated data administration
- AWARE Delivery Support: Technical services supporting unclassified and classified implementations of the Agile Warfighting Analytics Readiness Environment
- Tactical Systems Integration: Data and software integration of Navy Tactical Command Support Systems into the NOBLE ecosystem
Accelint provides NIWC Pacific, PMW 150, and PEO MLB with the engineering expertise required to sustain and evolve NOBLE's operational and logistics analytics capabilities across the Navy enterprise.
